Responsibilities
- Lead expansion of customer base in education and government sectors
- Forge and nurture partnerships with new customers
- Pursue leads and progress them through the sales cycle
- Monitor and analyze market trends and opportunities
- Establish and maintain a network within the sector
- Plan and execute integration with Trades services platforms
- Engage with customers to understand needs and resolve issues
- Communicate benefits and features of products and services
- Gather information and collaborate on reports to management
- Create and manage sales reports and prospective client lists
- Maintain partnerships with internal teams
- Manage bid process and optimize bidding strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in Sales, Business Development, or related fields
- Proven negotiation skills and relationship development
- Strong problem-solving and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
