C2 Account Executive (Quebec) Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage and nurture relationships with customers.
• Qualify inbound leads daily.
• Attend trade shows and events.
• Provide accurate forecasts and updates.
• Execute internal campaigns and collaborate with Marketing.
• Handle new client sign-ups and project hand-off.
• Establish relationships with potential clients.
• Lead deep dive conversations with clients.
• Enter client information in CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal resources to deliver solutions.
• Be an ambassador for the voice of the customer.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of SaaS, IaaS, or cloud technologies.
• ITSM/ESM knowledge is an asset.
• Sales experience with a SaaS model.
• Minimum of 5 years as an Account Executive.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent bilingual (French and English) communication.
• Strong customer management skills.
• Ability to work through complex business cases.
• Team player with strong relationship-building skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to explain technical aspects in simple terms.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel in Quebec occasionally.
