Responsibilities:
- Review prenups on our digital platform.
- Flag important clauses, and provide comments to your client.
- Review and respond to comments from opposing counsel.
- Ensure client understands terms of prenuptial agreement.
- Answer any questions clients may have.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience as a family law attorney.
- Deep understanding of, and experience with, prenuptial agreements.
- Strong communication skills – responsive, clear, concise.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice in California.
