Call Center Representative Temporary

• Join our PLADS (Policyholder Life and Disability Services) department as a Call Center Representative.
• In this role, you will assist policyholders by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering accurate information about life and disability services.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Respond to inquiries regarding policies, claims, and billing promptly and accurately.
• Assist policyholders with filing claims, processing changes, and navigating service options.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including quality assurance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree or higher is preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or insurance services is a plus.
• Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
• Proficient in navigating computer systems and multitasking in a digital environment.
