Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of escalation for all client campaign inquiries and custom requests.
• Partner with sales leaders and act as a trusted advisor for client campaign needs.
• Collaborate with the Global Campaign Operations team to provide updates on client accounts (e.g., pacing, build progress).
• Enhance product value and cultivate trusted relationships with clients.
• Coordinate campaign execution using integrated tools for demand generation and display platforms.
• Establish a regular cadence with internal teams and client stakeholders to track business objectives.
• Manage client campaigns, acting as the point of contact and launch manager.
• Transform campaign data into actionable insights aligned with clients’ objectives.
• Create presentations and lead calls related to Campaign Strategy and execution (KOC, QBR).
• Identify optimization opportunities and collaborate with sales to develop client strategies.
• Lead clients through Pipeline360/Integrate, managing implementations, integrations, and expansions.
• Address client requests promptly and facilitate communication across departments.
• Use data analysis to meet company objectives and identify opportunities for success.
• Collaborate with peers to create best practices for campaigns and team processes.
• Ensure client happiness and manage client expectations throughout the campaign lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Professional Services, or a similar client-facing role (preferably with SaaS or Media vendors).
• At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint at an advanced level.
• Familiarity with Pipeline360/Integrate or similar B2B media offerings.
• Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
• Strong attention to detail and oral/written communication skills.
• Expert project management skills and ability to manage resources efficiently.
• Ability to drive customer conversations towards successful outcomes.
• Strong time management, quality assurance, and reporting skills.
• Collaborative mindset and desire to work with leadership teams.
