Campus Recruiter at Bierman Autism Centers Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent from universities
• Collaborate with the Director of Recruiting and hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Identify key universities and colleges for ABA, Speech Therapy, and Occupational Therapy recruitment
• Build and maintain relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations
• Attend career fairs, information sessions, and other events to promote Bierman
• Conduct informational interviews and other recruitment activities to assess candidates
• Serve as the liaison between Bierman and university career centers and student organizations
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop recruitment materials and presentations
• Coordinate the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and conducting screenings
• Track and analyze recruitment data and make recommendations for improvement
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in campus recruitment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or related field required
• 3+ years of campus recruiting or talent acquisition required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Knowledge of MacOS and comfort operating in a primarily Mac OS environment
• Ability to travel to different colleges and Bierman Autism Centers both locally and nationally
