Cardiovascular – Area Business Leader – Ohio Valley Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales operations plan and achieve sales/performance targets
• Develop effective sales team through training and coaching
• Lead a sales team to deliver tailored customer experiences
• Recruit, hire, develop, and retain field-sales team
• Coach team to work cross-functionally with HCPs, Key Accounts, and Systems of Care
• Instill a culture of high-performance and accountability
• Act as an ambassador for Novartis, attracting and engaging talent
• Contribute to regional leadership team and overall business execution
• Possess in-depth knowledge of clinical, access, reimbursement, and territory management
• Develop and supervise customer-centric business plans
• Translate customer and market insights into business solutions
• Leverage analytics platforms for decisions and risk identification

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years management experience in Pharma/Biotech sales
• Cardiovascular or Specialty experience within the last 3 years
• Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to lead and inspire teams using innovative approaches
• Reside within 50 miles of territory
• Travel 60-80% over broad geography; valid driver’s license required

Benefits

• Salary range: $124,000 – $186,000/year
