Channel Business Manager – GSI Full Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business plans with Account Directors
• Drive partner relationship growth and successful customer deployments
• Design value propositions to inspire partners to promote solutions
• Develop/activate services to increase revenue and innovate solutions
• Provide clear communication with partners and internal teams
• Lead business performance and relationship reviews with stakeholders
• Build and maintain performance reports and dashboards

Requirements

• Experience in Channel Management or Business Development roles
• Fluency in English and Italian
• Understanding of GSI operating models and local Italian market
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development
• Strong initiative and creative thinking with excellent communication skills
• Proven track record in leading complex sales and conflict resolution
