Description:
- Support a range of channel accounts and partners.
- Develop and manage day-to-day relationships with our channel partners and distributors, ensuring high satisfaction with our solutions.
- Fully understand how our business model relates to selling our products and services, being the main point of contact.
- Resolve or escalate any customer concerns as appropriate.
- Negotiate to achieve desired results and meet customer needs.
- Manage existing channel partners, working to identify and qualify mutually rewarding sales activities, strategies, and business opportunities.
Requirements:
- 10 to 11 years of similar experience working with the Channel or in a relationship-selling role for Notebook or Desktop PC.
- Good oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, leadership, and support other team members.
