Chief Information Security Officer at XO Health Inc. Full Time

Job duties/responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor an enterprise information security program
• Facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes with business units
• Develop and enhance an information security management control framework
• Ensure consistent application of policies and standards across projects, systems, and services
• Provide leadership to the enterprise’s information security organization
• Raise awareness of information security and risk management concerns
• Develop and enhance a Third Party Risk Management Program
• Develop and enhance a Business Continuity capability for critical operations

Requirements

• Degree in business administration or a technology-related field required
• Professional security management certification
• Eight to 12 years of experience in risk management, information security, and IT
• Knowledge of ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST frameworks
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of personal integrity
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
• Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management
