Responsibilities:

• Participate in hiring aligned with business needs.
• Be the trusted right-hand to the CEO.
• Lead major company initiatives and projects.
• Manage CEO’s schedule and meetings.
• Connect internal and external stakeholders.
• Identify and fix operational inefficiencies.
• Maintain a consistent meeting cadence.
