Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead business development, inside sales, account executives, and GTM partnerships
- Engage executive sponsors to foster strong relationships with customers
- Collaborate with leadership to define strategies and make growth decisions
- Set sales targets and budgets in partnership with CFO and Head of Revenue Operations
- Align product-market fit with promotional strategies in collaboration with marketing
- Innovate sales practices to adapt to market changes and drive efficiency
- Build scalable pipeline forecast model using SaaS selling practices
- Develop partnership strategies for aerospace/defense and government channels
- Lead change initiatives to stay competitive and efficient
Requirements
- 10+ years of complex enterprise sales leadership experience
- Experience with aerospace/defense and US Federal customers required
- Expertise in value-based selling methods and pipeline management
- Transformational leadership skills with experience leading remote teams
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA preferred
