Responsibilities
- Scale 10x Supplier acquisition in specified cities.
- Expand Meesho’s penetration into Supply Hubs.
- Mentor Business Development executives.
- Ensure best selection, prices, and platform visibility.
- Develop and execute robust operational processes.
- Evaluate success metrics for team and individual tasks.
- Drive supplier success metrics like Order activation, GMV & NMV.
- Collaborate with Regional manager to achieve targets.
- Activate B2B hubs and collect category trends.
- Extensive travel within city and state required.
Requirements
- Graduate or MBA with 3-5 years in Sales, Business Development, Ecommerce.
- Startup and fast-paced environment experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strategic and tactical thinking ability.
- Strong business and customer understanding.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Comprehensive market knowledge of relevant cities.
