Responsibilities:
- Lead land development projects, focusing on stormwater management and site plan design.
- Provide expert testimony before planning boards, zoning boards, and other land use agencies.
- Ensure compliance with local land use regulations.
- Collaborate effectively within a team and engage in constructive feedback.
Requirements:
- A Master’s in Civil Engineering (MCE) or Master’s in Environmental Engineering (MEng) is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in land development, particularly in stormwater management and site plan design.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills, with the ability to deliver professional testimony.
- Experience working with local planning and zoning boards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and accept constructive criticism.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
