Claims Payment Associate – Century Automotive Services Corp Full Time

Job duties/Responsibilities

• Processing claims reimbursements
• Ensuring invoice amounts match with the authorized claim amount
• Ensuring invoices contain correct names and signatures before paying
• Communicating with dealerships and repair facilities to correct invoices and billing issues
• Copying and distribution of new business checks and accompanying contracts and remittances
• Scanning contracts and remittances
• Scanning payment repair orders and checks
• Answering phone calls from dealerships, repair facilities, and other customers
• Assisting with inquiries regarding claim payments
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
