Summary:

  • S&P Global Mobility is focused on delivering essential automotive data to help clients understand the automotive market, reach customers, and shape the future of mobility.
  • The Client Partner, Retail Automotive role is part of Polk Automotive Solutions and primarily focuses on selling and implementing data-driven marketing solutions to Tier 3 automotive clients in the United States.
  • This role will report to the manager of Polk Automotive Solutions – Retail.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Polk Automotive Solutions to Top Dealer Groups and Agencies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, especially C-level executives.
  • Represent Polk Automotive Solutions at industry events.
  • Achieve sales quotas through audience, measurement, data services, and market reporting solutions.
  • Implement a comprehensive account strategy and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the S&P Mobility division.
  • Provide feedback to product teams to influence development.
  • Track sales activity and forecast revenue using Salesforce.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong relationship-builder with decision-makers.
  • Proven sales ‘hunter’ with a track record in business development.
  • 5+ years in automotive media, ad tech, or data sales with Dealer Groups.
  • Established relationships and knowledge of automotive marketing.
  • Experience in Tier 3 OEM Certified Programs and Co-Op.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and digital marketing tools, with skills in revenue forecasting.
  • Right to Work in the United States.
