Client Partner Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client accounts to achieve revenue growth targets
• Bring in new accounts from your personal network and collaborate with Sales
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with client executives
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for clients
• Conduct regular business reviews with clients to enhance satisfaction
• Monitor project progress and address risks impacting delivery
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams for requirements
• Stay updated on industry trends to provide strategic guidance
• Lead, coach, and support matrixed delivery teams on accounts
• Manage the portfolio P&L for profitability and financial health

Requirements

• 5+ years in consulting or IT services sales
• 2+ years selling in digital product design and innovation areas
• Experience in technology solution delivery or account management
• 5+ years leading teams to successful outcomes
• Strong knowledge of SaFE/Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Proactive mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to engage with senior leadership in Fortune 500 organizations
