Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients, consultants, and the ACE team
- Regularly check-in to ensure expectations are met and share updates
- Proactively escalate challenges or concerns
- Screen potential candidates for projects
- Check on consultant performance with Client Managers
- Mentor and coach team members to enhance knowledge
- Identify business development opportunities and collaborate with Account Manager
- Assist in developing methodology, processes, and tools
- Engage in client work as a billable resource when needed
Requirements
- 5+ years of healthcare IT delivery experience
- Business development experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- EMR certification preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Ability to travel up to 25% based on engagement
