Clinical Account Manager Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with clients and account managers.
• Provides superior clinical consultation and management.
• Analyzes claims data for trends and cost savings.
• Explains formulary and clinical program value.
• Supports communication of formulary changes.
• Recommends clinical programs for clients.
• Stays current with market trends and provides intel.
• Communicates drug information to clients.
• Creates and updates clinical marketing materials.
• Collaborates on clinical aspects of client reviews.
• Incorporates treatment guidelines into presentations.
• Analyzes data and interprets drug benefit designs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s and Advanced Degree in Pharmacy.
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license.
• 5+ years as a licensed pharmacist.
• 3+ years of healthcare benefits and account management.
• 3+ years in a client-facing role.
• Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for customer experience and satisfaction.
• Self-driven, results-oriented work ethic.
• Ability to take initiative with little direction.
• Empathic communicator with a consultative approach.
