Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute training programs.
- Maintain a digital portal training experience.
- Administer policies and procedures to meet client needs.
- Review and update supporting materials.
- Understand products, operations, and partnerships.
- Assist with client implementation needs.
- Deliver webinars and training sessions remotely.
- Collect and incorporate user feedback to improve training.
Requirements:
- Experience delivering training to large groups.
- Expertise in utilizing technology for healthcare training.
- Strong interpersonal skills and understanding of challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Intellectually curious with a drive to improve processes.
- Ability to work across remote teams and dynamic environments.
- 2-3 years in a customer service and/or client-facing role.
- Healthcare domain expertise with experience working with patients/providers.
- Clinical license preferred, especially in UR and UM.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
