Clinical Data Management Study Lead F/M Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate Data Management activities for clinical studies.
• Define and implement data management strategy for projects.
• Ensure data collection and processing adhere to best practices.
• Participate in external vendor selection and oversee deliverables.
• Monitor data quality and trends at pre-identified time points.
• Coordinate activities for timely database lock milestones.
• Support standard team in setting up area-specific data standards.
• Implement data quality systems and procedures; recommend improvements.
• Adapt to new technologies and participate in continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in Clinical Data Management.
• Minimum 4 years as Clinical Data Manager with project management experience.
• Understanding of the drug development process.
• Good budget management understanding.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Graduate degree minimum; advanced degree ideal.
• Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of clinical data management standards.
• High expertise in electronic data capture software like Medidata RAVE.
• Knowledge of SAS programming.
• Strong IT and Microsoft Office skills.
• Attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and cross-cultural sensitivity.
