Responsibilities
- Build relationships and deliver an outstanding experience for school district leadership
- Own contract renewal and expansion processes and procedures
- Launch and maintain school district partnerships, promoting trust in Cartwheel
- Deliver clinical guidance and coaching to school staff as questions arise
- Provide strategic view on districts, including strengths, opportunities, and risks
- Share feedback on care model, technology, and operations with leadership
- Build and support collaboration and positive culture with Cartwheel’s clinical team
- Travel to districts needing targeted support or attention when necessary
Requirements
- Experience working in or around school systems
- 5+ years of clinical experience in outpatient settings
- Active clinical license in one of Cartwheel’s operating states
- Excellent project management skills
- Fluency in Google Suite and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Experience building relationships across diverse stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work with a small, entrepreneurial team
- Commitment to serving traditionally overlooked communities
