Responsibilities
- Act as primary site contact and site manager for clinical research
- Develop strong site relationships through trial phases
- Support site management and monitoring activities in compliance with regulations
- Gain deep understanding of study protocols and procedures
- Coordinate tasks with other sponsor roles to achieve Site Ready
- Perform remote and on-site monitoring using various tools
- Conduct site visits and record accurate visit and non-visit reports
- Collect, review, and monitor regulatory documentation
- Communicate with investigators and site staff on protocol issues
- Identify and resolve site performance, quality, or compliance problems
- Manage information and documentation in CTMS and other systems
- Support audit/inspection activities as needed
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. with emphasis in science/biology preferred
- Good knowledge of the industry and clinical trials
- Fluent in local languages and English with strong communication skills
- Understanding of clinical research, GCP/ICH, and country regulations
- Excellent knowledge of clinical research guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office and clinical IT applications
- Ability to analyze data/metrics and act appropriately
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented approach
