Clinical Research Associate Full Time

Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical studies, including site visits and data review
• Manage and train site personnel on protocols and documentation
• Handle investigational supplies and documentation
• Oversee product dispensing, inventory, and sample storage
• Review and report on site enrollment, protocol deviations, and adverse events
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and regulatory documentation
• Maintain study files and timely contact with study centers and personnel
• Follow Good Documentation Practices and complete Visit Reports

Requirements

• Detail oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical terminology
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver’s license with up-to-date insurance
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate preferred
