Clinical Research Senior Contract Analyst Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Review contract templates and redline terms to meet the needs and expectations of clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand critical terms of agreement. Develop playbook of preferred client terms and acceptable edits to be used in negotiations.
• Facilitate contract negotiations with study sponsor to reach agreeable terms and coordinate contract execution.
• Review protocol amendments to determine if contract amendments are necessary, and work to negotiate and execute amendments.

Requirements:

• Associates degree or certificate in legal studies, paralegal, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience reviewing and editing legal documents in the clinical research industry.
• Ability to understand and apply complex policies and regulations of a scientific and technical nature.
• Excellent attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate difficult legal terms and reach consensus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
