Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for SLPs
- Employ recruitment strategies to improve SLP candidate experience
- Conduct phone screenings and assessments of candidates
- Utilize ATS and CRM tools for candidate management
- Participate in employer branding initiatives
- Coordinate preboarding and onboarding processes
- Develop and report on key performance indicators
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a pediatric SLP
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition required, SLP roles preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, MS in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
