Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality behavioral health care to clients within an organizational structure.
- Join a diverse clinical team in providing therapy in a collaborative, client-centered, evolving environment.
- Demonstrate strong clinical service thinking, informed by evidence-informed therapies.
- Treat adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, or other mental health concerns via video, using short-term, evidence-based therapies.
- Provide culturally responsive care.
- Deliver feedback-informed care using standardized measures.
Requirements:
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or PsyD.
- Current license in Wisconsin.
- Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited school of Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage and Family and Child Counseling.
- At least 1 year of related post-license clinical experience required.
- At least 2 years of experience preferred in CBT for depression or anxiety, DBT for emotion dysregulation, Unified Protocol for emotional distress, CPT or PE for trauma.
- Preferred experience working with Cigna & Aetna clients.
- Highly preferred if holding additional licenses in active states.
