Responsibilities
- Develop, deploy, and maintain secure production environments with automation
- Assist in evaluating, planning, configuring, and implementing new software and tools
- Build and maintain production environments and assist with disaster recovery
- Track and escalate events according to procedures and automate internal processes
- Provide code reviews and participate in Agile Methodology workflows
- Communicate effectively with Product Owners, Development teams, and Cloud teams
- Build an understanding of Jamf software and apply knowledge to ensure quality releases
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Linux servers and shell scripting
- Extensive experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
- Strong experience with a current programming language (e.g., Python, Golang)
- Experience developing enterprise software with testing and quality assurance
- Experience with infrastructure as code software (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform)
- Experience with containerization concepts and Kubernetes (Preferred)
- Experience with source control systems like Git
- Experience with configuration management and deployment tools (e.g., Ansible)
- Experience with issue tracking software (JIRA, Salesforce)
- Experience with CI/CD Tools and Techniques (e.g., CodePipeline, Jenkins)
- Certificates like LPIC-1, LPIC-2, LPIC-3, RHCE, AWS Solutions Architect (Preferred)
