Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance, secure solutions for platforms and tools
- Drive automation improvements and efficiencies for all environments
- Refine monitoring and incident resolution
- Design, implement, and manage infrastructure using IaC best practices
- Provide tier-3 troubleshooting and support for production services
- Troubleshoot issues promptly to support internal objectives
- Identify process and efficiency improvements within the platform and operations
- Execute operational processes with high attention to detail and timely delivery
- Define and document standard runbooks and operating procedures
- Monitor system capacity, health indicators, and trends, providing analytics
- Collaborate with InfoSec to ensure security controls are met
- Research new technologies, processes, and methodologies
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or similar roles with Azure and Windows systems
- Advanced Azure IaC and CaC experience with Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell
- Experience with Azure DevOps Services
- Recent experience deploying, configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting Azure PaaS, IaaS, SaaS
- Experience with infrastructure and APM monitoring
- Nginx deployment, configuration, and optimization
- Two years of current Azure Operations experience
- Expertise with Terraform
- Advanced experience with Ansible Automation
- Linux experience
- Understanding of Windows server and services support
