Cloud Native Engineer Full Time

Summary:

Kiratech, a company specializing in PlatformOps, seeks a Cloud Native Engineer with AI expertise for its Engineering Team. The role focuses on implementing cloud-native and AI-driven solutions to enhance client business value. Kiratech supports enterprises in infrastructure and application modernization through professional services, training, and managed services, leveraging top-tier Platform AI, Engineering, and Security technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute actively as part of a team on client projects adopting data science and machine learning engineering Platform and Cloud Native technologies.
  • Define and implement cloud solutions for machine learning and AI.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and interface with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation with a practical approach to Cloud and AI technologies.
  • Ensure scalability and automation in rapidly evolving technological scenarios.

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing the machine learning model lifecycle (Model Engineering, Deployment, Monitoring).
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools (MLFlow, Kubeflow, TensorFlow, MetaFlow, Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure ML).
  • Integration of AI with DevSecOps practices (SonarQube, Snyk, Trivy, and security/compliance tools).
  • Competence in Data Analytics and AI-driven monitoring (Prometheus, Loki, Elastic Stack, Grafana).
  • Knowledge of modern data architectures for AI and LLM training/inference (RAG, Vector DB, Feature Store).
  • Experience in managing/implementing or integrating Data Lake, Data Mesh, and ETL tools (desirable).
  • Ability to design efficient pipelines for structured/unstructured data processing, focusing on quality, deduplication, and enrichment for AI models (desirable).
  • Programming in Python for ML/AI libraries and SDKs, and Go for Platform components.
  • Knowledge of Apache Spark, Kafka, Flink, Neo4j, and OpenAI API for AI and Big Data.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ML (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Keptn, ArgoSuite).
  • Optimization and use of AI-driven software engineering practices.
  • Experience with Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and scalable AI/ML infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible) and GitOps methodology (Flux, ArgoCD).
  • Advanced Kubernetes and container orchestration administration (CKA required).
  • Knowledge of Red Hat OpenShift AI and containerized AI workload environments (desirable).
  • Experience as a technical manager in consulting, R&D, or enterprise AI/ML contexts.
  • Knowledge of Service Management and Project Management methodologies (ITIL, PRINCE2, AgilePM).
  • Leadership in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
  • Good professional proficiency in the English language.
  • Certification or demonstrable experience in AI tools for software engineering efficiency or AI integration (preferred).
  • Certification or experience in Red Hat OpenShift AI (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Apache Spark, Flink, Hadoop, Kafka, Neo4j, or OpenAI (preferred).
  • Experience with LLM and generative AI tools (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Meta Llama, Mistral, Hugging Face Transformers) and their APIs (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-powered software engineering tools (GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Codeium) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Elastic Stack (Kibana, Logstash, Beats) or Grafana Stack (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus, Promtail) (preferred).
  • Experience with next-generation AI tools (MPC, Operator, etc.) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps approaches, including code quality tools (SonarSource, Mend) and software supply chain management tools (Snyk, Trivy) with SAST/DAST methods (preferred).
