Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in startups
- 3+ years in transactional platforms and/or marketplaces
- Experience in building startups from scratch
- Strong understanding of technology trends and business strategies
- Exceptional networking and business development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for growth and innovation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup setting
- Knowledge of project management and process design
- Proficiency in Polish and English
