Responsibilities

• Craft and implement strategic plans to drive growth and innovation
• Assemble and lead a high-caliber team promoting collaboration and excellence
• Direct development of products and services to meet customer needs
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements for innovation
• Oversee financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Stimulate revenue growth through sales strategies and partnerships
• Lead with a strong work ethic, integrity, and commitment to core values

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience in startups
• 3+ years in medical, physiotherapy, or psychotherapy services
• Experience in building startups and projects from scratch
• Strong understanding of technology trends and business strategies
• Exceptional networking and business development skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for growth and innovation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup setting
• Knowledge of project management and process design
• Proficiency in Polish and English
