Summary:

- The Accounts Receivable & Collections Lead will handle high volumes of accounts in a fast-paced environment, taking on lead responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with collections efforts, including phone calls with customers to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure customers are onboarded in the accounting system for timely invoicing.
- Ensure all deposits are recorded in the accounting system by reconciling against bank deposits.
- Respond to customer email inquiries.
- Perform various reconciliations and analysis to support the finance function.
- Record bulk credit card payments received in the accounting system, including foreign exchange.
- Assist with Accounts Payable and month-end accounting tasks.
Requirements:
- Team player and problem solver.

- Post-secondary accounting degree or diploma in Business Administration or Accounting.
- 5+ years of relevant experience with processing high volume accounts receivable.
- Extensive experience with record-keeping, reporting, and analysis of AR matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks (CRM management and other system utilization is an asset).
- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual capable of hitting the ground running.
- Solutions-driven and optimistic in facing challenges.
- Ability to drive resolution with customers in a calm and helpful manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
