Commercial Real Estate Loan Servicing Associate Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Assist Portfolio Managers with the review of annual site inspections.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Participate in weekly meetings with team members to discuss new projects.
• Maintain databases for managing loan servicing and service requests.
• Provide analytical support, including financial modeling and credit reviews.
• Answer technical questions regarding customer account status.
• Enter new loans and complete quality control checklists.
• Monitor progress of new loans transferred from Closing to Servicing.
• Draft welcome letters for Portfolio Managers.
• Set up and monitor loan and financial ticklers for accuracy.
• Organize and maintain physical and electronic loan files.
• Monitor loans to ensure conformity with terms and follow up with customers.
• Assist in quarterly and year-end reporting.
• Prepare files for audits and third-party reviews.
• Cross-train in multiple loan servicing functions.
• Uphold organizational values, show integrity, and take responsibility.
• Follow policies, complete tasks correctly and support company goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• 1-3 years of prior experience in loan servicing or related role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with loan servicing databases and financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills, financial modeling, and credit analysis.
• Knowledge of loan contracts and lease agreements.
• Professional interaction with borrowers and lenders.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
