Responsibilities:
- Oversee community initiatives and events.
- Manage events from planning to execution.
- Design event themes, agendas, and formats.
- Conduct research on industry trends and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and speakers.
- Maintain event invite systems and communications.
- Foster community within the portfolio and partners.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and resource hubs.
- Support day-to-day platform initiatives and data management.
- Contribute to special projects as needed.
- Measure success of events and community efforts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in platform, ecosystem, or operations role.
- Experience with vendor and partner coordination.
- Strong ownership and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote team.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Trello, Notion, Figma.
- Familiarity with crypto and web3 is a plus.
