The role involves leading complex transformation projects in banking, optimizing processes and IT systems, and guiding clients through digitalization. You will work closely with clients at the executive level, delivering tailored solutions and ensuring successful implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead, and manage complex transformation projects in the banking sector in close collaboration with clients at the executive level.
- Support the development and optimization of processes and IT systems within digitalization and technical modernization efforts.
- Assist in the practical implementation of measures to ensure sustainable success.
- Visualize and document business processes using methods like BPMN or Six Sigma and provide hands-on workshops and training for clients.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis, developing innovative, tailored solutions.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the banking landscape and its challenges, particularly in digitalization, transformation, and regulatory matters.
- Experience with agile methods and project management.
- Background in consulting or strategic roles within banks.
- Proficient in creating and presenting decision-making materials for management and board-level stakeholders.
- Ideally certified in relevant methods and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Management, BPMN).
- Fluent in German (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel for client projects across Germany.
