Responsibilities:
- Speak with about 20 new warm inbound leads and have 60 outbound customer follow-ups.
- Recommend HVAC products tailored to customers’ individual needs.
- Offer consultative solutions to customers and close business.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to homeowners, contractors, and small business owners.
- Ensure customer satisfaction with excellent communication and sales tactics.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and good voice modulation.
- Successful track record of phone sales and closing deals.
- Ability to navigate computers and CRM systems effectively.
- Creativity in overcoming objections.
- Strong initiative and resourcefulness.
- Competitive spirit while maintaining a positive team and customer experience.
- Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts to customers.
- Strong organization and follow-through.
