Responsibilities
- Work with teams to ensure consumer insights drive strategy and product development
- Analyze consumer data and create reports using business intelligence tools
- Develop and maintain consumer insights databases for benchmarks and trends
- Manage relationships with external research vendors and platforms
- Stay updated on research methodologies and consumer insight tools
- Assist with design and execution of primary and secondary research
Requirements
- Understanding of primary research methodologies such as A/B testing, brand health tracking
- Expert in Microsoft Excel; proficient in PowerPoint and Google Slides
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Analytics
- 2+ years of experience in a consumer insights role
- Experience with PowerBI is a plus
