The ideal candidate will have experience in B2C marketing, strong video production skills, and a creative approach to storytelling across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop creative video formats to tell compelling stories about the brand, covering the entire customer journey.
- Distribute content across multiple platforms such as social media posts, ads, and newsletters.
- Work closely with the marketing team to implement cohesive storytelling across channels.
- Drive the evolution of video creation, test new approaches, and assess project success using data.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce or an agency environment.
- Excellent video production skills, including experience with tools like Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong creative storytelling ability, capable of addressing consumer pain points with innovative ideas.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in content creation and AI workflows.
- Initiative and teamwork: Self-driven with a collaborative spirit.
- Strong organizational skills for managing projects and content efficiently.
- Fluent in German for the DACH market and proficient in English for team communication.
