Content Manager Full Time

Description:

• Search for and collect high-quality, relevant materials about medical devices from various sources, including official manufacturer websites, online libraries, and other reputable platforms.
• Verify the accuracy, credibility, and recency of the materials collected.
• Organize collected materials into appropriate categories for easy access and retrieval.
• Ensure all files adhere to the established naming conventions and folder structures.
• Upload materials to the designated Google Drive folder that syncs with the app database.
• Use the admin dashboard to upload materials where required.
• Perform quality checks to ensure content displays correctly in the app after upload.
• Regularly review and update content to ensure it remains accurate and relevant.
• Identify and remove outdated or incorrect materials.
• Work closely with the product and development teams to resolve any issues related to content uploads or syncing.
• Provide regular updates on progress, including reporting on any challenges or gaps in the available materials.
• Ensure all uploaded materials comply with copyright laws, usage rights, and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry, content management, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in using Google Drive and online research tools.
• Basic understanding of admin dashboards or CMS (Content Management Systems).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with medical or healthcare-related content is a plus.
