GridGain is a leading real-time data platform company offering fast access data storage and low-millisecond processing. As a Content Manager, you will work with the marketing team to oversee content creation, including blogs, ads, eBooks, and more. You will manage writers, serve as the editor-in-chief, and ensure all content meets SEO standards while adhering to deadlines. This position requires strong project management and editing skills.
Orchestrate a comprehensive content calendar, create detailed briefs, and manage both internal and outside writers.
Serve as editor-in-chief, garner approvals, and keep projects on deadline.
Edit/proofread/SEO marketing communications, including blog posts, emails, social media ads, digital marketing ads, video scripts, articles, and PR materials.
Edit and create web pages and blog posts written by other writers.
Use SEMrush to conduct keyword research for SEO content briefs.
Work with the Chief Marketing Officer to set strategic objectives and define tactical executions to meet GridGain’s goals.
Track all content and assets in AirTable.
Create, update, and present reports and analysis using data from Google Analytics, Hubspot, SEMrush, and other sources.
Help drive a successful SEO strategy and an aggressive content creation calendar.
5+ years of experience in a manager-level content role.
Must be a strong writer to serve as editor-in-chief.
Demonstrable experience managing writers.
Strong understanding of SEMrush and marketing communication and SEO best practices.
Strong attention to detail in editing, design, and presentations.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and responsive to the needs of marketing and the company.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding startup environment.
Experience in infrastructure software startups is preferred.
