Contract: Java Tech Lead Temporary

Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow a team of software engineers with a focus on quality and customer-centricity.
• Partner with product management and design for planning and driving execution, and timely delivery of projects.
• Understand the larger vision, features, and challenges and distill them down into actionable plans.
• Collaborate within and across teams to design, build, and ship delightful experiences for customers.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of software development experience using Java.
• At least 3 years of team management experience.
• Technical leadership in building complex projects from ideation to launch.
• Ability to define team roadmap and goals in partnership with product team.
• Proven experience with delivering business-critical projects.
• Strong project management skills and cross-functional team collaboration.
• People management and strong interpersonal skills.
• Effective communication in English.
