Contracts Administrator Temporary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, searches, organization, and filings
• Contribute to and track short and long-term projects
• Maintain internal legal and business-facing resources (e.g., Trainings, FAQ’s)
• Manage software, systems, and tools used by the business
• Provide general administrative support including calendaring and presentations

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Paralegal or 4+ years in a Contracts Admin role
• Desire to learn and expand within the role
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders
• Independently conduct legal research
• Review standard form agreements such as NDA’s
• Superior attention to detail
• Manage multiple projects and shift priorities
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Paralegal Certification preferred
• Experience with SharePoint, Excel, and Salesforce
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
