Contracts Administrator Full Time

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain Contract alias emails and Service Now queue
• Provide risk management consultation on all contracts
• Act as point of contact for internal and external contractual matters
• Ensure timely review, approval, and negotiation of contract variations
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations
• Work with external resources to ensure compliance with insurance requirements
• Develop solutions and counsel internal stakeholders on contract terms
• Assist in documenting internal policies and procedures
• Work with Professional Services on client contractual obligations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, or related field, or Paralegal Certificate
• 1-2 years of experience in legal/contracts, including NDAs, BAAs, and Event Contracts
• 1-2 years of experience with Federal and/or State and Local contracts
• 1-2 years of experience maintaining and responding to an email alias
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Contracts database and Salesforce.com experience a plus
• Proven negotiation, time management, and organizational skills
• Customer service driven with strong attention to detail
