Responsibilities
- Coordinate contract approvals, signatures, and filings
- Contribute to and track short and long-term projects
- Maintain internal legal and business resources
- Manage software, systems, and tools used by the business
- Provide general administrative support and assist with presentations
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Paralegal or 4+ years in a Contracts Admin role
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the role
- Ability to work with internal stakeholders independently
- Capable of conducting legal research independently
- Experience reviewing standard form agreements such as NDAs
- Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
