Responsibilities
- Create and edit original, helpful, honest, and harmless responses.
- Fact-check existing responses and bring submitted texts up to quality standards.
- Follow the style guide and quality guidelines for content creation.
- Work directly with Quality Assurance Specialists to provide feedback to writers and other participants.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in editing texts in English.
- Native level of English.
- A degree in communications, linguistics, literature, journalism, or similar would be an advantage.
- Ready to learn new methods and able to switch between projects and topics quickly.
- Ability to work with challenging, complex guidelines.
- Fully remote role; must have a laptop, internet connection, and availability.
