Corporate Account Director Full Time

Summary:

• Develop, establish, and maintain select IDN, IHN & Corporate Account strategies to meet organizational objectives.
• Support Urgo Medical North America’s business development and market access plans.
• Drive business growth and market development initiatives within national strategic healthcare networks and channel partners.
• Manage relationships and coordinate efforts between National Account department and field sales teams.

Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth and commercial access within national GPOs and strategic healthcare networks for Urgo’s product portfolio.
• Serve as the primary business contact and lead communication liaison for strategic healthcare networks and partners.
• Lead sales functions for the Urgo portfolio in defined accounts.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on executive-level pricing and contracts.
• Manage supply chain relationships to ensure product access and field representative access in targeted accounts.
• Secure contracts that increase revenue, share, and profit.
• Collaborate across departments to drive financial solution programs.
• Prepare and conduct internal/external business meetings to review trends and opportunities.
• Manage business performance within assigned accounts, including analysis and pricing recommendations.
• Promote Urgo’s health economic product value to financial and clinical stakeholders.
• Develop penetration strategies for key targets and provide market intelligence feedback.
• Organize cross-functional resources to sell product lines to surgeons, nurses, and hospital administration.
• Lead large evaluations requiring on-site leadership.
• Support professional events like trade shows, site visits, and meetings.
• Provide monthly reports summarizing account engagement, activity, and opportunities.
• Conduct negotiations and close deals at the IDN level.
• Maintain extensive Urgo product knowledge and competitive market intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 5-7 years of successful sales, marketing, or general management experience in the healthcare field.
• 5-7 years of sales experience calling on Hospital/IDN/GPO customers.
• 3 years of managing sales/marketing teams.
• 2 years of experience in sales and leadership with IDN, GPO, and Strategic Accounts.
• Experience selling medical devices, technology, or capital products to multiple hospital call points.
• Proven ability to influence multiple decision-makers; C-Suite experience preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare purchasing and contracting practices.
• Economic selling expertise in IDNs and GPOs.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills.
