Corporate Communications Specialist – Bridgeport, WV at CRH Full Time

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and disbursement of internal communications
• Copywrite and distribute internal communications
• Create consistent tone of voice for internal messaging
• Produce executive communications, company magazines, press releases
• Manage recognition and tenure award programs
• Design content using Word, Photoshop, PowerPoint, InDesign
• Administer photography and videography needs
• Manage corporate communications distribution lists
• Manage communications platforms and provide support
• Track projects to ensure timely and complete delivery
• Manage external agencies and contractors for project efficiency
• Create POs for external resources
• Work with competing deadlines and priorities
• Travel up to 30% to plants, quarries, crews, and offices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, or Journalism preferred
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or communications
• Experience in content development and copywriting preferred
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Constant Contact email tools
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Knowledge of SharePoint preferred
