Description:
- Manage the tactical execution of omni-channel communication campaigns including content review, template creation, sendout, and analysis.
- Develop an agile framework for testing new strategies and monitor campaign performance against KPIs to leverage email campaign results.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a proven track record in conversion, retention, and revenue metrics.
- Hands-on experience with state-of-the-art email marketing tools including the use of automated audience segmentation interfaces.
- Data-driven focus with a good feel for numbers and the ability to act based on insights.
- Project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- At a minimum, conversational level English language skills.
