Responsibilities
- Represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during calls to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service utilizing strong communication skills
- Offer additional GoodLeap products to benefit customers
- Update systems to ensure customer interactions are documented
- Handle issues diplomatically to ensure customer satisfaction
- Escalate issues to management when necessary
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
- Previous solar customer service or sales experience highly desired
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to display patience, empathy, and strong listening skills
- Proven track record of reliability and a strong work ethic
